You can expect your home exercise program to be made specifically for you and tailored towards your progress or phase throughout your rehab journey.

We ensure to have open collaboration with our patients to make sure you aren’t just meeting the “typical” functional outcome goals, but also your own personal goals.

No equipment at home? No problem! We are here to help you break any barrier that you may have to recovery.

Have free access to our clinic during normal clinic hours Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM to come independently to work on your personal rehab and exercise program.
