RTP Bridge Class

The return to performance bridge is a group rehab class supervised by a skilled clinician.

This class bridges the gap between rehab and return to sport - helping athletes stay on track, stay motivated, and stay connected.

Our goal is to allow athletes an extra rehab session a week, under supervision, while they execute their rehab autonomously.

Pricing: $25/session

Includes:

  • A 60-minute group rehab session 1x/week based on current progress/phase in rehab and return to performance

  • Every Wednesday 4PM-5PM

Keeping Independence Class

This class is a full-body strength and conditioning class designed specifically for older adults.

Here, we meet you where you are - offering a safe, supportive environment to help you build or maintain strength, mobility, and endurance needed for everyday life.

Our goal is to empower you to continue doing the things you love, with greater confidence and less risk of injury.

Pricing: $120/month

What to expect:

  • Cardiovascular conditioning

  • Upper and lower body strength training for daily function

  • 45 minute guided class

  • Supervision by a skilled licensed clinician

  • Personalized modifications to match your needs/abilities

Class Options:

Every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday

  • 9AM-10AM class time

  • 10AM-11AM class time

This class is dedicated to women, designed to introduce safe and effective lifting techniques in a supportive and uplifting environment.

Focusing on intro to strength training fundamentals, safe lifting techniques, and core/pelvic floor awareness and integration.

Our goal is to empower you to help build strength with intention and confidence - regardless of experience level.

EmpowerHER Class

Pricing: $125/month

Includes:

  • Two 60-minute guided classes a month

    • Every other Monday 5:30PM-6:30PM

  • Full 5AM-10PM gym access through GymMaster app

  • 3x/week independent programming available through TrueCoach app
